Hi, I normally don't ask for help, but this time I really need help with attorney fees to keep my children safe. A man was molesting one of them, but I kept them safe for 16 years. He has then filed for parenting time while he has been stalking me and my children. He has violated the restraining order several times, and the judge refuses to lock him up. He has been walking around with a gun, telling people he is going to kill me and my kids. So now he is really upset because they denied his parenting time because the kids don't know him nor do they want anything to do with him, which they stated. However, he continues to file paperwork, which costs him nothing, but I have a paid attorney. Every time he does something, my attorney has to file more paperwork, which costs me. Therefore, my kids start to suffer because when they ask for something, I have to tell them I don't have it because I have to pay the attorney. I can't pay for your school trips because I have to pay the attorney. I can't afford Christmas because I have to pay the attorney. The lights are going to be off because I have to pay the attorney. No more school sports; I have to pay the attorney. My kids are suffering, and all I am trying to do is keep them safe from a crazy lunatic who has already shot my house up. He has tried to set us on fire, but his lighter would not work, plus the sexual molestation of my 2-year-old who is now 16. The court says they care about children, but in actuality, they don't care. They were not suffering until I had to start paying this attorney. He is a crack addict. Here I am, a real parent, but I am taking the 100 percent loss. He needs to be in prison.
