Support for Legal Fees to Prevent Deportation

In the early morning on December 29 my husband was driving to his work and was arrested for driving without a license in Fort Myers FL; later he was transferred into several ICE facilities. He has an approved petition and his case is active and ongoing in the National Visa Center and yet when this was explained to the officers they still took him without caring about his active & ongoing case. I desperately need to hire an attorney to be able to ask for a bond to be able to fight his case here in the US and avoid him getting deported and this comes with a way too high of a fee. If he does get deported he would get a No Re-Entry Punishment that could last 10 long years.
He is a good & strong person with good morals; he is 50 years old and has has been living in the United States for over 20. He does not have prior criminal charges as he has always been a working man. We have been together for more than 13 years and he has been a great husband and a life partner that does not deserve to be going through all of this. He was always looking out for me and my kids even if it wasn't his duty yet he did it. I can't imagine my life without him being there for me.

He has been suffering inside those cell-blocks as he tells me on several calls we have had that the ICE staff does not and has not provided one single of his needed medications as he suffers from high - blood pressure. He has lost more than 30 pounds while being in ICE custody as he has not been able to properly eat or even sleep.

I ask for a little help to be aided in this horrible situation our family is currently facing.
