Support for Lee Welch during his health battle

Hi, my name is Lyndell together with my husband Troy we are fundraising for Lee and his beautiful family.

Lee is a local Business man in Lismore who is self employed and works as a Draftsman from home in his accessible office space supporting his family.

Lee is a devoted husband to Tanya and Dad to two children.

He is currently battling a sepsis infection that has caused him to be on total bed rest for many months as he can not sit during his recovery.

He is currently receiving treatment in the Spinal Unit at The Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney.

Lee had an emergency surgery at The Lismore Base Hospital on the afternoon of his admission to attempt to get the infection under control.

The surgery was needed as Lee's blood and bone sepsis was severe and was causing many complications, which caused uncertainty about his recovery.

Since his motor vehicle accident 23 years ago, Lee has adjusted to life in a wheelchair and supported his family by working hard and enjoying life as a father.
