Hi, I’m fundraising to support my dear friend Laarni and her family. Laarni is a widow with 4 children (17/11/10/4 yrs old) and is based in the Philippines. The goal is to enable Laarni to be self-sufficient in supporting her family’s necessities and children’s education. Funds will be for a small office supply storefront startup.

I met Pastor Ruel and his wife Laarni Navidad in 2014 while volunteering in the Philippines. They were in full-time ministry and hosted me while I was there. They are an incredibly cheerful and thankful couple.

In Jan 2020, Pastor Ruel passed away after a gall bladder operation. As a result, Laarni has since struggled to support their 4 children, the oldest of which is adopted. Recently, Laarni told me she must become a domestic helper abroad to support her children’s education. I was devastated to hear she would need to leave her kids, as I know how much of a positive impact she has on them.

Laarni will use the funds to continue living with and supporting her children. Thank you in advance, as any help is much appreciated!
