Support for Kayla and David Nobles

Kayla and David welcomed beautiful and healthy twin girls into the world on February 10, 2021. They came home on Tuesday February 16th and  began to settle into life as a family of four.
 On Friday they noticed  baby Ruby was not content and after trying several things and calling their pediatrician they decided to take her to Wilmington to be checked out. Just before getting to the hospital Ruby quit breathing and was spitting up blood.
Kayla performed CPR on her as they raced to the hospital. EMS intercepted and took them the rest of the way.  Ruby is intebated and the doctors were doing everything imaginable to make her better.  Ruby was diagnosed with spinal meningitis and unfortunately she showed no signs or symptoms for preventative care. As her health was deteriorating, Kayla and David made the decision to airlift her to UNC Chapel Hill. On her flight from Wilmington to UNC yesterday she suffered a stroke that caused bleeding on the brain. Kayla and David did not pursue brain surgery. They felt she had  fought long enough and didn't want her suffering anymore. Ruby Rose went to be with Jesus at 10:40 this morning.
