Hello, many of you know me and my family. For those who don't, my name is Julie. I am a healthcare worker, a mother, and a daughter to my mom, Anita. We lived together in our beautiful home that we had just moved into last May, along with my two sons.

Unfortunately, last night we had a very scary and life-altering event happen to us. Around 4:45 am, we awoke to dark smoke filling all the rooms of our home, not at first understanding what was happening, but reality shortly sinking in that our home was on fire. The photos you see are of my son's room, which was the most damaged by the flames. By a miracle of God, he had decided to sleep in the living room that night. His room was completely engulfed in flames, losing all items and causing significant damage.

Videos we have are from the rest of the home, which was damaged by flames and smoke. Overall, we lost everything after the home was labeled unlivable. Even my mom's oxygen tanks, which she uses for existing medical conditions, are unstable to use. We are very lucky that everyone made it out safely, including all of our fur babies. We thank the fire department for all their support during the event and family who are helping us during this time, but unfortunately, this is a complete tragedy for our family that we will have to come through together.
