Juhee is an expecting mother residing in South Korea who is now facing many roadblocks in the final days leading up to the birth of her daughter, Yanina.
Just today (5/7/2019), she learned that the cost of her birth would be much higher than she anticipated since she doesn't have the Korean National Health Insurance. She tried throughout her entire pregnancy to receive the proper visa to receive insurance, but was denied each time.
Without health insurance, she isn't eligible to go to an affordable, local birthing center and can only deliver her daughter at a university hospital which can cost anywhere between 5-7 times the usual cost.
She is currently working out every possible way to be able to come up with the money needed for the birth, but confided in me that she just doesn't see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Her final days leading up to Yanina's birth shouldn't be ones of stress and worry.
Please support Juhee as she prepares to welcome Yanina to the world!
Thank you!
Sincerely,
