Hi, I am Jenny and we're a family of 5, plus our fur baby, Peachy, that has had unexpected home displacement because the main drain line broke under our house. Currently, all wastewater from toilets, sinks, and laundry is draining under our family room (yes, all the unmentionables are there hiding under the floor). We need help getting into short-term housing.

Our insurance has a dollar amount cap that may possibly not include all of our needs while we are displaced from our home. They graciously put us in a hotel on Saturday, but every dollar spent takes away the amount available for repairs. We are hoping to be placed in a temporary home very soon, but our adjuster still needs to clarify the type of claim and amount available.

I'm reaching out for help from you all, our peers, friends, and family.... We need to get into short-term housing fast. Hotel living is okay for a couple of days, but we need a home and to get back to a regular way of life. We have a place ready to receive us for 4 weeks. The insurance has not officially approved the claim and I'm praying it will. We do not know if there's enough to pay for the repairs, cleanup, and restoration as well as housing to keep us safe.

We are a family of faith and I have made my petitions known to the Lord. I know we will be taken care of.... however it may look, all blessings come from God. Thank you, I am so appreciative of you all and I declare abundant blessings over you!
