My name is Heather, and I’m a mom to three wonderful girls: Addison, who is almost 2 months old, Susan, who is 4, and Malieghia, who is 11. Right now, we’re facing some of the hardest times of our lives. After my home was temporarily condemned and became unsafe for my babies, we had to move in with others just to have a roof over our heads. I have no family support, no job, and no transportation, and my youngest still needs so many basic supplies. Addison is just a newborn, and it’s been a struggle to provide her with everything she needs, from a bassinet to daily essentials. My car is in need of repairs, inspection, and new tags, which makes it impossible for me to get to job interviews or even run errands for my girls. Without a working car, I can’t find work or secure childcare, and the waiting lists for assistance are long.
Every day is a challenge, but I’m determined to do everything I can for my daughters. Susan and Malieghia are both bright and loving, and they deserve stability and comfort. I’m asking for help so I can fix my car, get baby supplies, and hopefully find a job and a safe place for us to live. It’s hard for me to ask for help, but I know I can’t do this alone. Any support means the world to us, and I am deeply grateful for anyone willing to lend a hand. Thank you for reading our story and for caring about families like mine.
