Support for my wife's surgery and recovery.

Hi folks, I hope all is well. I am here today to ask for some much-needed help.

A couple of months ago, my wife started to experience some health problems. She was forced to go out of work, and unfortunately, she hasn't been able to return. My wife has always been a very hard worker; she is a healthcare professional and takes good care of her patients every shift. She is now scheduled for surgery next month. After her operation, she will probably be out of work for another couple of months. (Late Summer)

I myself am disabled and on a fixed monthly income. She just found out today that she is NOT eligible for short-term disability through her job. Unfortunately, since she is the main income provider for our family, we have found ourselves in quite a bind. I never thought I'd have to ask others for help, but out of desperation, I am here asking for a huge favor. Anything you can afford will be greatly appreciated. The money will be used to get us through until she can get back to work hopefully in August.

My wife is a special person and she's always been there for me and her family and her patients, now she needs some help, and I feel helpless. This is all I know to do.
