The Willer Family, members of our Grove neighborhood community, recently lost their home in a devastating house fire.
The Willers moved to the Hawkins Wood neighborhood from Colorado and quickly became a valued part of our community. Phil is known for his incredible holiday light displays that bring joy to the entire neighborhood—truly the kind that make you stop and stare. In a small bit of good news, his pride and joy—his classic Bronco—was spared in the fire.
Thankfully, everyone is safe—but they have lost nearly everything and are now facing the overwhelming challenge of starting over.
Right now, the family is working through the immediate aftermath and receiving temporary assistance, but the road ahead will require continued support.
The fire occurred on the morning of April 6, 2026, and the need for support is immediate.
As a neighborhood, we are coming together to support the Willer Family during this incredibly difficult time.
Donations will go toward:
- Temporary housing and living expenses
- Clothing and everyday essentials
- Food and household items
- Replacing basic necessities lost in the fire
- Supporting the family as they begin to rebuild
This fundraiser is being organized in coordination with the Grove HOA, and all funds will go directly to the family.
Any amount helps. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this page to help us support our neighbors.
