Support for Grand Blanc Church Victims

We're Josh and Sarah. Like you, we were horrified by the murders and violence at the chapel in Grand Blanc Township, Michigan on Sunday. Multiple families were left grieving and devastated by the event.

We are not from Michigan. We're ordinary members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We're writers and filmmakers and if you happen to know us at all, it's probably because you have seen us through out Instagram account at For Little Saints. Please feel free to look us up there if you want to vet our character.

We believe firmly that even when the world seems very cruel, most people are trying to be good. Most people want to be kind. Most people want to mourn with those that mourn and comfort those who stand in need of comfort.

And while the church will absolutely provide help and support from the top down, we wanted to provide a route for anyone who wants to donate more directly to a bottom up response.

Thank you for your compassion, kindness, and generosity in the face of immense tragedy.

Where the funds will go

All funds will be sent directly to our relative Kelly S. (wife of a local ecclesiastical leader in the affected community who is deeply ingrained and connected to the impacted individuals and families) as a private donation to disperse to the people in need there.
