Hello, my name is Michelle Winn, and I am Seth Condrey’s aunt. On December 20, 2025, our family received the phone call no family should ever have to receive. My beloved nephew, Seth, was tragically taken from us in his own home.

Seth was only 21 years old. He was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a person whose kindness touched everyone who knew him. Seth had an extraordinary heart, he would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need, whether friend or stranger. He always put others before himself and lived his life with generosity, compassion, and a constant smile. He has always been a kind and loving person, known by so many people in our community. His loss is not only deeply felt by our family, but by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He touched countless lives with his generosity and warmth, and it’s hard to imagine our days without him.

On the night of the tragedy, Seth attended a work Christmas party. In true Seth fashion, he invited someone along so they would not feel left out. Wanting to ensure everyone was safe, Seth welcomed this individual into his home so they could rest. Tragically, that act of kindness led to an unimaginable loss, and Seth was taken from us in an instant.

We are raising funds to support Seth’s wife, Gena Condrey, and their precious baby girl, Bexley, during this devastating time. These funds will help cover immediate expenses and provide financial support as Gena navigates life without her husband and Bexley grows up without her father.

Seth was preparing to leave for basic training, driven by his determination to give his family a better life. His future was just beginning, and his dreams were centered on providing, protecting, and loving his family. Tragically, Seth will never get the chance to witness his daughter’s first words, her first steps, her birthdays, or future milestones. He never even had the opportunity to see her experience her first Christmas.
