Hi everyone-
I wanted to share this story with you, I am setting up this Go Fund Me account for our nephew Frankie, his wife Kasey and three children Lily, Jacobie, Emmie Lou and their pups Abby and Goose.
In the early morning of Friday, Oct. 23, a devastating fire broke out in Buxton, NC. The neighborhood is on a quiet cul-de-sac where several active duty Coast Guard families live. The neighbor’s townhome caught fire which then started a fire in Frankie and Kasey’s home, while the firefighters were able to contain it to the top floor, they lost everything and are currently being housed temporarily until things are sorted out with insurance company. Their neighbors in the same duplex where the fire started, lost a mother and has family in the ICU. Im the other home a mother and her two children also lost their lives in the fire. Our family is continuing to pray for all those affected by this horrific tragedy.
I am starting this fundraiser to help Frankie and Kasey get the resources they need for their family. At a time where such tragedy has happened and your world is turned upside down, as a family we want to help ease at least some of the financial burden.
Our nephew Frankie has dedicated almost 18 years to serving in the Coast Guard, living on both coasts of the United States he and Kasey just recently relocated to Buxton, NC. And while there are months and sometimes years that go by and we don’t see each other, we want your family to know how much we thank you and Kasey for the sacrifices you make for all of us and hope we can now help you.
We are asking for any type of donation you can to help this family get through this tragedy and try to rebuild their lives.
