It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the sudden and unexpected passing of our dear friend, Richard James Cruz. To know Richard was to know a man of extreme kindness and humility. More than anything, Richard was a devoted husband to Julie and doting father to their 10-month-old daughter, Elizabeth Anne. He was just beginning the beautiful journey of parenthood - they were his entire world.
