My son Navaal Jagram is a 29-year-old ER doctor at Kings County who has dedicated his life to helping others in their moments of need. Recently, he faced his own medical crisis when he was diagnosed with brain cancer. After a difficult journey, he underwent brain surgery to remove a grade 4 tumor from his right frontal lobe. The experience has been overwhelming, both emotionally and financially, and he is now in the process of recovery.
