On Monday June 17, 2024 our family suffered the unbearable loss of our youngest child Emma Jean. She was only 11 months old and had the most amazing smile and carried a light in her that I had never seen in anyone else. CPS has taken our other 3 children even though it was ruled an accident. We have not been able to properly grieve without our family being together. We are so lost without our kids and devastated without our baby girl. We now have to fight for our other kids. We are asking for your donations so we can retain proper attorney’s that will fight for us instead of the court appointed ones we were given. We have fully cooperated and done everything asked of us and more and still have no progress. In fact things have gotten worse. This whole thing has not only been unbearable but literally torture to. The kids are currently at a family member’s house who has also been very hard to deal with because they have cut us off from them and are trying to keep them for no reason. We understand the need for investigation and we welcomed it but everyone involved has taken this thing so far that when we prove them wrong they get mad and go harder.
