Support Emma and The Children and help with funeral costs

Hi, my name is Lucy.

It is with such a heavy heart that I am sharing my good friend's current heart break and situation.

I met Ryan and emma around 3 years ago as our children go to the same school.

I now don’t look at ryan and emma as friends, they are more like family to myself and my family.

Ryan is 37 years old and has 3 young children and his amazing, supportive wife emma.

Ryan was diagnosed with cancer in January 2022 and had a major operation; the Whipple procedure with intent to cure the disease.

However upon having a PET scan, it revealed further disease progression with at least 50 mets to his liver and major abdominal involvement. This meaning it was no longer curable.

Ryan was then told the heartbreaking news that he was now palliative and given 12 months to live with chemo. that was over a year ago

Ryan has now exhausted all treatment and has fought so hard these past 2 years but has now become extremely poorly and is currently in dr kershaws hospice receiving end of life care.

He will leave behind his wife Emma and three young children.

Emma still has their mortgage to pay and three children to support and also sadly the cost for Ryan’s funeral when he sadly passes away which is going to cost around 4 thousand pound.

Therefore i would like to try and financially help support Emma over these next very difficult few months.

Any help and support i know will be so greatly appreciated.
