My husband, Daniel Carrera, has always been the kind of person who gives his all at work and at home. Since May 29th, he’s been unable to work after being diagnosed with a bacterial infection in his stomach and myocarditis. The doctors have made it clear that he needs complete rest and cannot return to work until at least July. This has been incredibly hard on Daniel, who is used to working hard to provide for our family, and it’s been stressful for all of us as we try to manage without his income.

We have three children, and with Daniel out of work, we’re struggling to keep up with our regular expenses. The medical bills are adding up quickly, and we’re already behind on rent and other essential bills. Daniel’s recovery is our top priority, but the financial strain is making this time even more difficult.
