Daniel Denby, a Shreveport lieutenant that has protected and served for over 20 years, and his wife Nikki Denby went to bed around 9 p.m. Around midnight, they woke up to an orange glow and smoke on the other side of the house. Somehow, a fire started on the back patio and spread to the attic. Unfortunately, the house is lost along with all belongings. Their 3 dogs and 10 cats unfortunately did not make it out as well. This family has lost everything and needs help to get what they once had back.
