Hey guys!

This past Sunday, my dad and I were in a car accident, and while I got banged up pretty bad, my dad sustained serious injuries. My dad was taken to Froedtert Hospital and was placed in a medically induced coma due to head trauma. He spent 4 days in the Neuro ICU with a Traumatic Brain Injury and bleeding in 2 different areas of his brain. He's now back home recovering, but we've got a long road ahead us. Because of the extent of his injury's, he's going to be out of work for quite a bit. His Short-term memory and Working memory are affected along with spells of Retrograde amnesia. His care requires constant supervision during his wake hours meaning my mom will also be out of work to care for him. My mom is able to do some work from home but not anything near the weekly 40+ hours she normally works. So, as you can imagine with rent, bills, food, and normal day to day expenses we are definitely facing some financial hardships, not to mention the medical expenses ahead of us. It takes a great deal of strength for us to swallow our pride and ask for help. We know no matter what, with God by our side we are going to get through this. We are grateful for any form of help and support.
