On January 20th, my dad’s car was stolen in the Kingston area, and our hearts have been completely shattered. This car meant everything to him.

My dad is one of the hardest-working people I know. He works Sunday to Sunday, doing whatever it takes to provide and survive. For two long years, he rented vehicles just so he could get to work, sacrificing and saving every dollar he could. Finally, on November 8, 2025, he achieved a huge milestone, he was finally able to buy his own car.

Sadly, just a short time later, that dream was taken away from him.

Because he only had third-party insurance coverage, he will not receive any compensation from the insurance company. This loss has left him devastated, discouraged, and struggling, both emotionally and financially. Losing his car has also affected his ability to work consistently, making an already difficult situation even harder.

I am reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help in raising funds to assist my dad in getting another vehicle, so he can get back on his feet and continue working.
