Support for Christophe's Mother & Children

We lost a beloved colleague, teacher, father, son, and friend with the untimely death of Chef Christophe Ithurritze in March 2022. Christophe was born in 1970 in Bayonne, France and was trained at Les Rocailles Biarritz culinary school, after which he traveled the world-leading teams in kitchens both in large resorts and family-operated restaurants. Christophe moved to the USA to work at Patina Restaurant in Los Angeles. Christophe made an impression on friends and colleagues alike, working long tenures with Wolfgang Puck, Marche Bacchus, Renoir at the Mirage, Blau and Associates, and others.

In his memory, we are raising funds to honor and support Christophe’s mother Martine, and his children, Carson and Sienna, who are beginning their journeys into adulthood. Carson is a freshman at Pasadena City College and plans to transfer to USC to complete his studies in business management. Sienna is a sophomore in high school with dreams to study veterinary medicine at UC Davis. We know Christophe would want nothing more than to support his children in these endeavors.
