My name is Christina, and I’m a new mom to my one-week-old son, Chozen. I just graduated high school and am now facing the challenges of caring for my newborn completely on my own. As a single mother without any family support, I’m doing my best to provide for Chozen, but it’s been incredibly difficult both emotionally and financially.

When I gave birth, I was left with significant hospital bills that my insurance couldn’t fully cover. On top of that, Chozen was diagnosed with jaundice, which means he needs extra medical attention and follow-up doctor visits. Every visit and treatment adds to the growing expenses, and I have to pay for many of these out of pocket. Right now, I’m unable to work, so covering these costs has become overwhelming.

We’re also running low on the only formula I could afford for Chozen, and I’m struggling to keep up with the basics like diapers and clothes. I never expected to be in this position, but I’m determined to give my son the best start I can.
