On Wednesday June 18th 2025 Catherine, Easton, Oakleigh, family and friends experienced an unimaginable loss. In the midst of this grief, she’s now faced with the challenge of providing emotional and financial stability for her family on her own.

As we all know life can change in an instant, and right now Catherine and her 2 beautiful children are facing one of the most difficult times of their lives. As they begin to navigate this heartbreaking chapter together, they need all the love and support of their community more than ever.

Catherine is my best friend, my chosen family and one of the most important people in my life… She is someone who gives so much love and light to everyone around her, she is the first person to lend a hand or offer to help without hesitation or judgement. She’s the mom at the rink every kid knows they can turn too and every parent feels comfortable to be around. She’s the face at work that people are drawn to and the one who has helped change and mould so many lives for the better. She also is not one to want to ask or accept help she often tries to bare the weight of the world on her own shoulders… Now it’s our turn to step in and give back to her and her family, to show her the village that is behind her.

As she navigates this overwhelming grief and cares for her children, we want to lift some of the financial burden off her shoulders.

This fund will help with daily necessities, and provide some stability as they begin to rebuild and will go towards Easton and Oakleigh’s future.

Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly to Catherine, Easton and Oakleigh.
