We are reaching out with heavy hearts to share the story of Cassie and Sean, who are expecting their third child, a boy named Caleb. Tragically, Caleb has been diagnosed with Anencephaly, a rare condition that means he will not survive long after birth. Doctors have told Cassie and Sean that Caleb will likely pass away on Monday, shortly after he enters this world.

Despite the unimaginable heartbreak, Cassie, Sean, and their two young children are determined to cherish every moment they have with Caleb, knowing their time together will be brief.
