Josh, Jon, and the entire family are so incredibly grateful for the support and generosity of this community to navigate immediate financial burdens and to alleviate some of the costs surrounding Carey’s Celebration of Life ceremony and reception.

Thank you endlessly to all who attended, in spirit, in person, and through flowers, donations, and gifts.

7/8/25- Update: Memorial Details

A Memorial for Carey Ainley

Josh and Jon Ainley invite you to join us in celebrating the life of their father, Carey Ainley — a man who loved big, laughed loud, and, in true Carey fashion, is arriving fashionably late to his own memorial.

We’ll gather two days after the birthday of his beloved late wife, Josh and Jon's mom, June Ainley. As Carey reunites with not only her, his beloved father we just lost on October, but also his one and only daughter, Josh and Jon's sister, Jamie Ainley. There’s no doubt heaven is a little louder and a lot more joyful now.

Come ready to laugh, cry, and share stories as we honor the legacy of a man who lived life on his own time, was an incredible caretaker of his father Robert Ainley in his final days, and loved his family and friends with all his heart.

6/21/25- Update: Josh, Jon and family are so incredibly grateful for all the support through monetary donations, calls and texts, visits, meals, cards, flowers, prayers, and practical support.

We are incredibly saddened by the loss of Carey Ainley (Care Bear), and are leaning on the support of his loving community to help cover immediate expenses, cremation/mortuary fees, and funeral costs so he can rest in peace with his wife, June, and daughter, Jamie.
