After losing my job as a warranty and shop manager due to outsourcing, I’ve found myself in a difficult position. I’m the primary caretaker for my mother, who has dementia and alzheimers , and this responsibility makes it challenging to find new work with the flexible hours I need. My days are spent making sure she’s safe, comfortable, and cared for, which leaves little time for traditional employment opportunities.
