On February 12th 2022 the Buzz coffeehouse in Nanaimo BC suffered a great loss.

We lost one of our dear co workers in a horrible incident that no one could have planned and occurred inside of the Cafe.

The Buzz is a family owned business and the family has lost a very special family member, without any way to prepare for such a horrible event the Buzz family will need help to cover some costs of several things they are now left with. Insurance only does so much, and we know this incredible family doesn’t deserve to worry during a time of mourning. We want to be able to give them as much time as they need to make decisions and get the help we all need before they need to worry about finances.

I am an employee of the Buzz and I am writing this on behalf of all of the staff, these are truly such wonderful people and we want to do everything we can as a community to help them through this in any way that we can. Please donate if you are able to, thank you very much.
