We are raising money for 3 children aged 2, 4, and 6 years old, who were burned in a house fire in Columbia, SC, on 6/29/26. These children were left alone for over a week, hungry and scared. The worst imaginable thing happened on the night of 6/29/26, shortly before 09:30 pm, when the children became trapped inside the home as it burned. Members from Columbia Fire Department's Engine 1, Rescue 1, and Truck 7 all convened at the scene and simultaneously began searching for the trapped children. All three children were located by fireman conducting searches and removed from the home. Once removed, the children were transported by Richland County EMS to a local trauma center. Following, the children were transferred to the JMS Burn Center in Augusta, GA, for further treatment and evaluation. All three children have been released and placed into protective care under the state of SC.

This link is used for donations to raise money for items for these children. We are hosting a fundraiser event on August 1st, 1030am at Crossfit Prevail. We will start the day with a prayer/devotional followed by a workout (completed at your own pace) and then end with a cookout! We look forward to seeing everyone show up and show out for these sweet children!
