On December 28, 2025, Kevin “Bunky” Mueller passed away unexpectedly. Bunky was the devoted father of Dylan and Abbie Mueller and will be remembered for his humor, storytelling, and love of life. He always had a story to tell and an incredible memory for details from long ago. With a smile that hinted at a funny ending or an unexpected twist, Bunky had a way of drawing people in. He had a strong sense of adventure and deeply appreciated that quality in others. He often shared his unique perspective on life, enjoying good conversation and laughter with friends.
Bunky’s son, Dylan, is 17 and shares his father’s strength and athleticism. Dylan is a hard worker with big dreams for his future and has long aspired to play lacrosse in college. Bunky always encouraged him to dream big and pursue his goals. Abbie, age 15, is sweet and spunky, with a great sense of humor and the same smile as her dad when she tells stories. She loves adventure—especially traveling—and has a creative flair she expresses through her photography.
Both Dylan and Abbie balance school with part-time jobs. They are remarkably mature for their ages, having already endured significant hardship, including the loss of several family members in their young lives. Through it all, they have shown resilience, strength, and a positive attitude. Now, they must continue navigating their teenage years without their dad.
We are asking for support in any way possible to help ease the financial burden they now face and to build a small nest egg for Dylan and Abbie’s futures. Their mom, Michelle, has always worked full-time while remaining a very present and loving parent. As she takes on the role of sole provider—after also losing both of her own parents—our support can make a meaningful difference during this incredibly difficult time.
Thank you for your love, prayers, and friendship.
