We are reaching out with heavy hearts following the unexpected loss of Dakota Tuttroen. A devoted partner to Brooklyn Cappelle a father to two wonderful children, Millie (3) and Lincoln (2) a son, a brother, and friend. Dakota’s absence has left an irreplaceable void in our lives.
