Our granddaughter Brielle is truly the heart of our family. Her joyful spirit lights up every room, and she brings happiness to everyone she meets. Recently, Brielle underwent hip surgery, and unfortunately, she developed an infection in one of her incisions. The infection was serious enough that she needed another surgery to prevent further complications, which has caused a hospital stay of over a month, and we will now have to stay in Massachusetts longer than we originally planned.

As her grandparents, Chris and I have been by her side every day, supporting her through this difficult recovery. Because of the seriousness of her condition and the need to be present for her care, we have not been able to work much over the past month. The uncertainty of how much longer Brielle will need to remain in the hospital, and how long we’ll need to stay away from home, has made it challenging to keep up with our living expenses.

We are seeking help to cover essential costs like rent, food, and other bills associated with the prolonged stay while we focus on Brielle’s recovery.
