On February 5th, Dahlia was taken to the emergency room due to respiratory issues. Things quickly escalated when the doctors were not able to find a direct cause and the family was transferred to Little Rock.

Two days later, Dahlia was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy - a muscle disease that causes the heart to stretch and over grow (which was causing the respiratory issues). Dahlia must have a heart transplant to survive. She is at the best hospital for treatment and the family will be temporarily relocated until after her transplant.

Payton and Dorian have given so much love to many of us and asked for nothing in return. So I am here asking for your support for them and Dahlia.

We need lots of prayer right now. Pray for Dahlia’s healing. Pray for the Payton and Dorian’s mental health. Pray for the family who will have to lose a child to save Dahlia.
