Hi, my name is Aoibhe, and I am Arlene Maguire’s daughter. I’m reaching out to ask for support for my mom, who is also my best friend. We have been on our own for many years, and she has been my constant source of love, strength, and support throughout my entire life.

I’m starting this fundraiser to help cover medical and living expenses following her breast cancer diagnosis. More than anything, I want my mom to be able to focus fully on her treatments and recovery, without the added weight of financial stress during this already overwhelming time. Anyone who knows Arlene knows she is kind, patient, empathetic, generous, and incredibly hardworking person. She has never once let me down, and now it’s my turn to do everything I can for her.

Arlene has a true heart of gold. Her smiling Irish eyes and unwavering positivity shine through not only during her treatments but in everyday life. Her strength and optimism are contagious, and any support, whether through donating (no matter how small) or sharing with others, truly means more than words can express.
