It is with deep sadness that we share the heartbreaking news that Miguel Jesus Vargas Zambrano lost his life in a motorcycle accident on August 25, 2025, in Miami. He was on his way to the city of Doral, filled with hope to provide stability for his family, but tragically, he never made it. Angelica and Miguel came from a small town called Tariba in the Tachira state of Venezuela, and they have been together for 20 years. Miguel was more than a husband; he was Angelica's friend, confident, and life partner. From that profound love came Camilo, their six-year-old son, a joyful and outgoing boy who has been asking for his dad since yesterday.

Two years ago, Angelica and Miguel emigrated from Venezuela with the dream of giving Camilo a better future. Sadly, when the humanitarian parole program ended this past July, they both lost their work permits and jobs. He was legally seeking asylum and waiting for his interview, leaving her in a very vulnerable situation. Angelica is now facing not only the unbearable grief of losing her husband, but also the overwhelming financial burden of funeral expenses and caring for their little boy with no income or work authorization so far.

Es con profunda tristeza que compartimos la desgarradora noticia de que Miguel Jesús Vargas Zambrano perdió la vida en un accidente de motocicleta el 25 de agosto de 2025 en Miami. Iba camino a la ciudad del Doral, lleno de esperanza de poder brindar estabilidad a su familia, pero trágicamente nunca llegó. Angelica y Miguel son de un pequeño pueblo llamado Táriba, en el estado Táchira de Venezuela, y han estado juntos durante 20 años. Miguel fue más que un esposo; fue el amigo, el confidente y el compañero de vida de Angelica. De ese amor profundo nació Camilo, su hijo de seis años, un niño alegre y extrovertido que desde ayer pregunta por su papá.

Hace dos años, Angelica y Miguel emigraron de Venezuela con el sueño de darle a Camilo un mejor futuro. Lamentablemente, cuando el programa de parole humanitario terminó el pasado julio, ambos perdieron sus permisos de trabajo y sus empleos, Miguel estaba aplicando por asilo y esperando por su entrevista, dejando a su Esposo en una situación muy vulnerable. Ahora Angelica enfrenta no solo el dolor insoportable de perder a su esposo, sino también la abrumadora carga financiera de los gastos funerarios y el cuidado de su pequeño sin ingresos ni autorización para trabajar por el momento.
