My name is Crys Melton and I am managing this fundraiser for my dear friend Allison Fordham, her sister Christi Hoskinson, and their families.

The week before Thanksgiving in Gilbert AZ, an unimaginable horror struck Allison's family when her brother brutally killed their stepfather and attempted to kill their mother. Allison's mother remains in the hospital where she is recovering from her injuries. Allison and Christi are diligently overseeing the medical care of their mother in the midst of the devastating reality that this atrocity was committed by their sibling. Likewise, they are also handling the passing of their step-father and all of the legal ramifications of this situation.

Allison is no longer local to Arizona and has already maxxed out credit cards traveling from Idaho in the few short weeks since the attack. Christi, a school teacher, has also been traveling from her home in Montana and is navigating her role as their mother's POA.

We are humbly asking you to give, if you can, to help repay the thousands of dollars these daughters have already spent and to cover the expenses on the horizon for their food, lodging, transportation, and fees associated with managing their mother's care and estate.
