Hi everyone!

I am underwent an affirming surgery Wednesday 2/25/26..

As FMLA will allow for my medical leave I thankfully should only expect to miss one pay period. To have my position protected until I return from leave is something I realize I am to be very thankful for. However, due to the length of time I will not collect short term disability.

I am asking for support while I am absent from work, leaving me without income to address bills+ other recovery expenses. Additionally, any potential financial alleviation as for the medical debt I have acquired would be much appreciated. It is very important for my peace of mind that I remain current on my expenses I do acquire during this time to remain focused on the best outcome for recovery.

To extend some amount of transparency for my particular situation, I have included a short breakdown of my expenses needing to be covered during the time I will be out of work.

Basic (rent, utilities, car, etc.) 1450

Other (med) 250

Recovery (food/ other) 300

Total = $2000.00

Without djing/ event production I am unable to utilize multiple income streams. I do however look forward to returning to those endeavors come April to fully enjoy the spring/ summer and life thereon more than ever before.
