We are a Venezuelan family who emigrated looking for a better future. Our country has been going through a very difficult situation for many years. There was no work, and many times we did not have enough money for food or clothes. This situation made us leave, because nobody wants to leave their country or be far from their family, but we felt it was the only way to move forward and help the people we love.

We arrived with many dreams and with the hope to build a better life. We are honest, hardworking people with good hearts. My husband was the person who worked, helped us, and made sure that my baby and me did not need anything.

Five months ago, my partner was detained by ICE. Since that moment, I am alone with our 10-month-old baby, and it has been very difficult for me to pay all the expenses. My baby needs many things, and I don't have enough money for what is needed. Being alone in this country, without family or close people who can support me has been very hard.

My husband is very worried about us, and he only wants to come back home with his family. He has missed many of the most important moments in our baby’s life, and right now our little baby is sick. The only thing we want is for him to be with us again, take care of his son, and continue fighting for the future we came here looking for.

For this reason, we are asking for help to cover our baby’s needs, the house expenses, and everything related to this very difficult process. This includes things like baby formula and essentials. Any donation, even a small one, will be a big help for our family. It would also help us very much if you can share our story.

Somos venezolanos vinimos por un mejor futuro ya que nuestro país está atravesando una cituacion desde hace mucho tiempo y no hay trabajo habían veces que no comíamos porque no teníamos para comer ni vestir fue esa situación que nos obligó a emigrar ya que nadie quiere irse de su país pero nos tocó para ayudar a nuestras familias cosa que ahora no hemos podido hacer ya que me encuentro sola con mi bb de 10 meses y se me complica, es fuerte estar en este país sola y no contar con Nadia más que con tu esposo que nos daba todo y nos ayudaba con el no nos faltaba nada somos personas onestas y de buen corazón solo queremos cumplir nuestro sueños como todas esas personas que migraron por un mejor futuro.

Mi pareja la detuvo ice y tiene 5 meses ya detenido solo queremos que regrese a casa con su familia a compartir con su bb que se ha perdido de los mejores momentos y si encuentra enfermito nuestro bb el está muy preocupado por nosotros y solo quiere salir a estar con nosotros. Ya que yo no puedo costar todo sola necesito muchas cosas a mi bb y sola no puedo por falta de dinero que no me alcanza para todo.

Yo se que Dios no nos dejará solos y que pronto saldrá de hay porque no somos criminales solo buscamos un mejor futuro Dios les bendiga grandemente.
