Cruz Davadi

Ms. Cruz has had an impact on every member of our organization whether you realize it or not.  She has had a hand in your orders, pay, DTS, promotions, etc. and while she is not perfect, nor are the systems in place that we utilize.  While she will never tote a gun, she can be considered as vital to our mission as anyone. 

Ms. Cruz has worked for us for 13+ years and has never had a pay increase.  I personally have asked many times why haven’t you  just left and her response is always that she loves helping our people and she views us as family.  While she is grossly underpaid she shares a trait that is very hard to come by these days, loyalty, many times putting her job before herself and her family.  

The fact that she has been raising 3 kids on her own and has to work a second job to make ends meet just doesn’t seem right.  She has some expenses coming up and is not sure what she is going to do.  While she is too proud to ask for a hand out, I believe we should lend her a hand.   I am asking that each of you take this into consideration.  Please donate what you can.  I am sure she will be grateful for any help we can give.  Thank you all and God bless.
