The Annual Pantazis Pancake Party is scheduled for Saturday, December 20th, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to Noon. The location is Gus's Hot Dogs, Parking Deck, 1915 4th Avenue North, Birmingham, Alabama.

We will have Lee Pantazis's famous homemade pancakes, Italian and smoked sausage, the very talented Downtown Choirs performing, and a horse-drawn carriage to ride and view the holiday decorations in our beautiful city. Please join us.

All monies raised will be donated to FIREHOUSE MINISTRIES, which provides shelter and supportive services that break the cycle of homelessness, and FOOD FOR OUR JOURNEY, a food trucks to carry food, water, and hygiene supplies, to different sites in downtown Birmingham.
