We are part of the Mind mental health network but need to fundraise to support the services we provide. Our counselling, support telephone line, listening service, wellbeing services, family and group support and much more ensure that no one need struggle with mental ill health alone, Tyneside and Northumberland Mind are there to turn to for help.
