“My Daughter is Fighting for Her Life… Please Hear a Father’s Words”
My name is Doole… and I speak to you not as a man of many words, but as a father—a father whose heart is quietly breaking.
My daughter, Fathima Quraisha, is just 41 years old. A single mother of two, she raised her children alone—with grace, strength, and love. Her daughter is 21. Her son… only 17… still trying to finish his A/Ls.
She has always been a quiet warrior. She never asked the world for much. She worked hard, smiled even when it hurt, and gave everything to her children—without complaint.
In 2018, she was first diagnosed with breast cancer. She went through surgery, suffering, and prayer—and somehow, we survived it. We believed it was over.
But now, it has come back—this time, to her lungs, and close to her heart.
She’s struggling to breathe… Doctors say water is collecting in her lungs, and it’s growing fast.
She needs 24/7 care, and is now dependent on oxygen support—whether a tank or monitor, just to keep her alive.
Right now, she lies in a hospital bed—fragile, gasping for air, but still thinking more about her children than herself.
We are not a wealthy family. We don’t have connections. We don’t have savings. But we have love. And we have hope—hope that someone out there will hear the voice of a father.
Please… even the smallest donation can help. It can give her another day… another breath… another chance to see her son graduate, or to hold her daughter’s hand just a little longer.
This is not just a fundraiser.
This is a father’s last hope.
From one parent to another… may your kindness come back to you tenfold.
And may God bless you for reading this.
