Hello, my name is Crystal Dalrymple, and I am reaching out as the proud mother of Darrius Taylor. On November 19, 2025, Darrius’s life was turned upside down when a devastating fire destroyed his apartment and belongings. In a matter of moments, he lost everything he had worked so hard for.

Darrius is not only my son — he is a dedicated student at Florida A&M University (FAMU), majoring in Pre-Physical Therapy. His dream is to help others heal and regain strength, and he has been working tirelessly toward that goal. Despite this tragedy, his determination to continue his education and pursue his future remains strong.

As his mother, it breaks my heart to see him face such a difficult challenge, but I know with the support of family, friends, and kind-hearted people, Darrius can rebuild his life.
