My name is Mariam and I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart and a plea for help on behalf of my family in Gaza who have faced unimaginable loss and devastation. In the recent conflict, they lost not only their home but also their livelihood – a business that was their lifeline. Now, they're left with nothing but rubble and the daunting task of rebuilding their lives from scratch.

My family has been part of the vibrant community in Gaza for generations. The recent escalation of violence has shattered their world in an instant. Their home, located a few kilometres from Al Shifa Hospital, was severely damaged by airstrikes. The factory and family business they owned, which provided an income to support their family, was also destroyed, leaving them without a source of livelihood.

They have lost everything they worked so hard to build. Basic necessities like food, clean water, and shelter are now luxuries.

But amidst the devastation, there is hope – hope that with the support of compassionate individuals like you, they can rebuild their lives and regain a sense of normalcy. Your generosity can make a tangible difference in helping this family overcome their current hardships and rebuild a brighter future for themselves and their children.

Who You Will Help:

My cousin, Abdullah (38), was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer in 2015.

In the midst of the ongoing war in Gaza, where food, medicine, and shelter are scarce, the Talmas family is struggling to survive. Abdallah is battling cancer while trying to find life-saving medication that is almost impossible to access under the current siege.

Abdallah, despite his illness, also cares for his elderly mother and a sibling with a disability. The family—parents, two sons, and two daughters—faces extreme hardship, enduring starvation, unsafe living conditions, and the daily fear of not knowing how they will make it through tomorrow.

Your support can help them secure shelter, provide food for the children, and obtain the critical medication Abdallah desperately needs. In times like these, even the smallest act of kindness can mean survival.
