Support Family after a tragic hit-and-run accident

On May 3rd, 2025, Patricia’s uncle, Ludovick Makengo, was tragically hit by a car while crossing the street. The driver fled the scene, leaving him with no help or support. A few days later, Ludovik passed on. This terrible accident took the life of a good man, a hardworking father who leaves behind a five year old daughter.

Today we are reaching out to ask for your support. In the Democratic Republic of Congo justice can be slow and corruption is sadly common. Ludovick’s family has received no support from the authorities and are left to face this tragedy alone.

Your donation - no matter the amount - will help the family give their beloved father and uncle a dignified funeral, support his young daughter and bring a small measure of peace during this painful time.
