Hi everyone, my name is Raheim, and I’m from a small community here in Jamaica that was heavily impacted by Hurricane Melissa. I’m creating this fundraiser to support my neighbors, families, and elders whose homes were severely damaged during the storm.

I grew up here, these are the people who helped raise me, checked on me, supported me, and treated me like their own. Seeing them now without proper roofs, flooded rooms, broken walls, and damaged belongings has been heartbreaking. Many of them don’t have the financial means to rebuild, and some are currently living in unsafe or unstable conditions. I may not be able to rebuild the entire community alone, but with your help, we can restore safety, dignity, and hope to families who have lost so much.
