Support Families Rebuilding After Hurricane Helena
Donation protected
Our dear friends, Nick and Danielle Abel resided at what use to be 695 Main Street, Chimney Rock, SC. The impact of Hurricane Helene resulted in the loss of their home where they lived with their 4 children, Paisley (9), Paityn (7), Cole (3), Nate (1) and a dog, Ellie. This place was not only their home, but it was also their business. Nick and Danelle have spent the past 6 years bringing Dogwood RV Park back to life and creating a place where friends become family. This community, made up of their house and 49 lots, and the property it stood on, has been demolished by the outcome of Hurricane Helene. Most of the property, including structures and the actual roads, were taken down river. What has been left behind in the carnage is not accessible because all of the roads that lead to the park are completely gone and will not be accessible for the foreseeable future. They are suffering so many losses and any amount of assistance is so much appreciated.
