Founded with the belief that early education and cultural exploration can lead to a more accepting and tolerant world, Lola & Tots offers programs designed through a cultural lens, encouraging children to embrace diversity and practice empathy. We provide flexible childcare options alongside co-working spaces, allowing parents to pursue their professional goals while their children engage in enriching activities. ​

The Challenge Facing Our Community

Recently, five families in our community have experienced the sudden loss of their federal jobs, placing them in challenging financial and emotional situations. One courageous mother reached out, sharing the difficulty of seeking new employment while ensuring her child receives proper care. This heartfelt plea made us realize that there are likely others in similar situations who need our support.​

Our Initiative: Co-Working + Care Memberships

In response, we aim to provide these five families with complimentary three-month co-working + care memberships. This initiative will allow parents to focus on securing new employment opportunities, confident that their children are in a nurturing and educational environment. By alleviating the burden of childcare costs and providing a conducive workspace, we hope to ease their transition during this challenging period.​
