During Ramadan, Muslims all over the world fast from dawn to sunset. It is a time for reflection, self-discipline, and community. The beauty of Ramadan is in the unity it brings—families gathering at sunset to break their fast, sharing meals, and embracing generosity.
Having spent four months in Zanzibar, I witnessed both its beauty and the challenges many face. Sadly, many families struggle to afford basic necessities and are living in poverty. This year, I’m aiming to raise 800€
to support a few families I know personally, as well as an orphanage that cares for almost 50 children and solely relies on donations, by providing meals and groceries for them. Your donation will make a significant impact, bringing relief and joy, especially to the younger ones, during this special time.
Every donation counts
Ramadan is the perfect time to give, and as the Quran reminds us:
"The example of those who spend their wealth in the cause of Allah is that of a grain that sprouts into seven ears, each bearing one hundred grains. And Allah multiplies the reward even more to whoever He wills." (Quran 2:261)
By donating, you're not just giving to help others—you're earning a reward that multiplies in ways you can't even imagine.
May Allah reward you abundantly for your kindness.
